SCSAUA 2023 | MacroLux's Single-use Digital Flexible Ureteroscope and Cystoscope were Unveiled at the 102nd Annual Meeting of the South Central Section of the AUA

The 102nd Annual Meeting of the South Central Section of the American Urological Association (SCS AUA) was held on 6-9 September 2023 in Austin, Texas, USA.

The South Central Section of the American Urological Association is comprised of specialists from eight U.S. states (Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas) and five Central American countries (Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua), and the meeting includes presentations on new urological. The meeting encompasses the presentation, discussion and learning of new techniques and treatments in urology, with emphasis on the training and innovation of young urologists. Intergenerational dialogue, cooperation and knowledge exchange was encouraged to ensure that development of urology are passed on from generation to generation. Prof. Fernando J. Kim, President of the meeting, also suggested that diversity and inclusiveness are also cornerstones of the organization's future development.



During the exhibition, MacroLux showcased a variety of new products, including CoralView® single-use digital flexible ureterorenoscope, BubbleView® single-use digital flexible cystoscope, and ViewHub® video processor.



A number of experts visited MacroLux's booth to learn about and experience the products, and gave high evaluation. The organizing committee of SCS AUA commented that the texture of the disposable endoscopes of MacroLux can be comparable with the reusable endoscopes!
